Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Action Figures were wildly popular in the 1990′s. They are arguably the most enjoyable toys ever created. They were first created by Playmates Toys Inc. in the late 1980′s. At this time, The Ninja Turtles became one of the most popular toys on the market. It was awesome because not only were the four main turtles developed, but they also came with vehicles and accessories.
